Wondering if anyone could help me out. Looking for a trainer in the Tampa area (pref. South or West Tampa) so that I can get some direction to obtain my desired results. If anyone knows anyone, feel free to post here or PM me.

Good luck, also if you are self motivated enough to keep yourself on track you could go the online route which would open you up to good trainers anywhere.

You could also start a progress thread like some others on here have done which seems to help. I know I made a lot of progress when I just came here every day to post what I was doing.
