I agree with you to a point HALL...except I really do remain hopeful that he will find a way to show his talents, or at least those talents which haven't been lost. I can't believe any QB would have been able to maintain their composure and confidence if they had been in the same situation as JB all season.

Sure, I know Reed has shown some promise when he has gone in but you have to consider that he wasn't thrown into the season from the first game when everything possible went wrong---even Reed would have had his confidence blown if he started that first game and spent half the day chasing bad snaps. Being in those same situations would hurt any QB....and those situations were ALL caused from the very first snap of this season by Addazio.

The funny thing is that we don't have to be so horrible on offense. If we played Reed at qb fulltime, it would go a long way towards moving the ball forward with the playbook we have.

If we are going to put in JB...why not use a different set of plays from that playbook? One that focuses on passing.

If we use burton, use the georgia tech style run triple option and only throw to one big time receiver on the edge.

Obviously we choose to spin our wheels and have jb run or broadcast that a pass is coming with an empty backfield on third and long.

It is clear that we have only one qb that can run this offense and it's Jordan Reed. I we want to win this game we put him in for the whole second half and do not take him out on the goal line or for third and long situations. He is the only qb that can make plays in this system. JB is just not a fit, when he's in, everyone knows what is going on, the o-line doesn't seem to block, receivers can't cacth the ball and the team just seems to underachieve in everyway. With Reed in we move the ball and players make plays all over the fireld. Let's see if UM wants to win this game....

OL missing assignments

Hall, you are correct. I will admit that I didn't think that Cam's transfer would be that big of a deal. I thought Brantley was the real deal, drank the Kool-aid, etc. I've never been more disappointed with a player's performance.

Meyer/Addazio should give him protection, instead they still trot out 5 WRs (as if Brantley will actually have time to look at more than 1). It's insane they've never changed this, terrible stuff all the way around.
