OK can someone with more football aptitude than myself explain why we didn't just kick a FG instead of going for it on 4th and 2? What is our FG range? Seems to me that if we're playing a possession game, we would maximize our scoring opportunities. Now instead of being up by 2 scores/possessions, we're up by one.

I guess that I am the only one on the board that wanted us to go for it on 4th down. I felt like our OL had been dominating. I DIDN'T care for the play call...but I'm sitting on a couch at home with great hindsight.

No way, here in PA we take the cake with the worst roads in the country. Weather is a big excuse and all of the contractors that only build these roads to last for 5 years or so.

I believe that's the rule for high school and college football. When a missed FG attempt takes place inside the 20, the other team gets the ball back at the 20.
