I think the hosting program you are using is linking the pic to the thumbnail size and not the image size (obviously ;) ) Maybe you can double click on the thumbnail size which should take you to the bigger size. From that site, copy the image address and then paste here. I'm not sure I have helped, but I hope I have!

I love the fishing pictures and I hope to see them in a bigger size! :)

The graveyard pics....wow...so many babies passed! Sad for that family.

Sorry for the slow response, PMC! Never could get multi-quote to work, so finally just did it this way. Thanks for your compliments!!! Very kind of you! It actually really makes me feel good when I know someone is enjoying viewing my pictures. :) I love photography, so maybe that's part of why I enjoy the feedback and compliments, too. lol

I did feel pretty bad for that family. I love old cemeteries and had an opportunity to come across that one with some spare time available, so walked around snapping pics while there. That family plot drew my attention right away. As you could see in one of the pics, there were at least 10 graves in it, probably more, and it's old and rundown. The markers to me were really interesting. There was just the one big one in the back saying "Thornton Family," then the small individual markers were hand-engraved with stuff like "Ida / Mother" .... "J.C. / Baby" etc. Kinda' neat, but also very sad.

Aww, thanks, Chuck!! Much appreciated! :) Those pictures were actually taken with different cameras. Depending on the ones you're viewing. Some (such as the house fire, cemetery and band camp pics) were taken with my old work camera, which would be one from the Kodak Easy Share line, though I can't recall the exact model. A very few of them, not many, I took with a more recent work camera, a somewhat older model Nikon digital camera.

For Christmas, I received my second digital camera (prior to that, my first and only was a Polaroid PDC 700 .... tells you something about how old it was. lol But I loved it very much.) So the majority of pics taken since then were done with my new personal digi cam, a Canon PowerShot SD 900 Digital ELPH. :) I absolutely love it and get great pics with it. The majority of the pics of my nephew and others were taken with it. It has a large LDC screen on the back, unlike the tiny screens many have, and I have noticed even at 12x zoom pictures come out looking nice and sharp. :)

Thanks. Have had the car since 1990. It came in many baskets and boxes. Had it running by 1993. Finally got the brakes fixed so it would stop in 1995. Had a very interesting couple of years driving the thing.

Every year we participate in the Village 4th of July parade. Kid decorate their bike, dogs pull wagons with the little ones in them, local politicians glad hand, the local fife and drum corps does their thing and it is a fun small town celebration.

We do monthly progress fly overs of all of our projects. I will find some more of some really big county parks we have done in the area and get them up for ya.

These are two parks projects we have done here in Charlotte County. The thing I like the most about these is this is prime land...AND THE DEVELOPERS DIDNT GET IT TO PUT UP FREAKING CONDOS!!!

This project, Bayshore Live Oak Park, stretches from the pier to the right all the way down to the buildings at the left...about a mile of frontage on the Peace River.

The girls are the ole Two Putter's. Dave passed away the day before the Mpls regional in 2006. I came up for the tournament and had bought him tickets. That was an unforgettable weekend.

AnnArbor -- I love 'em! Was really cool when I discovered Chewacla was just down the road from Auburn. Very peaceful and relaxing place to escape away to for a while, and it was rarely busy.


Kyle -- Thanks! It really is a very beautiful serene place, in my opinion. I loved just going there and sitting on the rocks for a while, letting my thoughts drift. :) Was a great stress-reliever.

iga -- Aww, thanks!!! :) I was very pleased with how those pictures came out. It was my first time shooting with black and white film, and at the time I was still getting kinda' use to the all-manual camera, which was the one I used for my photojournalism course. But I loved that camera enough to get one for my own personal use. lol Glad you enjoyed the black and white pics! Jenn and Warren liked them, too, so I was even more pleased with them. I had more B/W pictures of just the scenery and such, but can't find them right now -- probably on a CD somewhere.

"Plum Crazy" bouquet of flowers GM5K had delivered to me during my summer 2004 semester at AU.... My favorite color is purple. :) He did it as a "just because" type of loving thoughtful gift. Pam, its a pocket camera. Nikon S4. If I could buy a new one I'd get a camera with a steadyshot feature. Lots of my pics are lousy or blurry, but what the heck I'll take 100 pics to get 10 decent ones and delete the rest. I can snap a pic, then zoom in with the camera so it helps. Can make it grainy though if you zoom too much.

As hot and dry as it's been, the water was much lower than where it'd normally be, and I didn't really expect to catch anything. Just wanted to get out and fish for a little while since I hadn't in so long, so went to the neighbor's across the street this afternoon for that. GM5K did catch one bass, but since it wasn't really big, didn't get a pic of it. But, me being the photo enthusiast I am, here are some scene shots I took while there. :)

I thought one of the black/white horses had a really neat pattern, as far as the gray-ish outline around its spots, as seen here:

baka the color of the eye shine in the 1st pic of the beagle is excatly the color you want to see in a yorkie. my wife says its green and it means their coat is the correct texture.
