Subscriber Agreement

(This is the subscriber agreement that was presented upon your initial order to subscribe to a GatorCountry.com paid membership. It is here for your reference.)

*** For your convenience, if ordering a paid monthly, annual, or magazine subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged according to the billing period selected. ***

PLEASE READ THE SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT BELOW AND INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE BY SUBSCRIBING TO GATOR COUNTRY. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT.

Gator Country is an electronic news, recruiting, and information service. By completing the registration & subscription process and using GatorCountry.com you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscriber Agreement.

Only one individual may access GatorCountry.com at the same time using the same user name or password. You may not share or give away your password and username. Gator Country reserves the right to immediately cancel and/or suspend your account without refund if it has been determined that you are sharing your password or giving it out to other individuals to gain unauthorized access to Gator Country.

You are responsible for all acts or omissions that occur while your password is being used. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights of obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and The State of Florida, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within The State of Florida.

Text, photos, graphics, audio, and/or video material shall not be published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication or redistributed directly or indirectly in any medium unless otherwise agreed to by Gator Country. Gator Country reserves the right to immediately cancel and/or suspend your account without refund if it has been determined that you violated our copyright by distributing said material.

Gator Country will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions therefrom in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof or any damages arising from any of the foregoing.

All subscriptions are final and not refundable. Gator Country reserves the right to cancel any memberships at any time for any reason. As noted above, if membership cancellation results from copyright violations, password sharing,or being banned on the forums, Gator Country reserves the right to cancel your membership without refund.

Non-Gators/Rival Fans: We do not permit rivals to access Gator Insider. If you are a rival and you subscribe to Gator Country anyway, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription immediately without refund.
