SharePacific capitalizes on UF’s miscues
After an impressive 91-68 win against San Francisco, coach Amanda Butler and the Florida Gators planned on proving the critics wrong. The Gators wanted to show they are a threat on any court, home or away. Sadly though, the Gators’ 22 turnovers coupled with the Pacific Tigers’ .688 from three point range led to a 78-73 upset by the Tigers on Friday. Florida (7-3 overall) has 11 days to let the loss sink in before they get a chance to rebound against Charleston Southern (6-2). The game will be at the O’Connell Center at 7 p.m. on Nov. 20.
