ShareMichelle Moultrie named SEC POTY
Michelle Moultrie, fresh of her senior day celebration, now can add Southeastern Conference Player of the Year to a resume, which includes All-American and USA National team honors.
The SEC announced Moultrie, a first-team outfield selection, as its winner Wednesday. Six other Gators earned All-SEC honors as well.
Moultrie becomes the fourth winner in school history—Kelsey Bruder (2011), Kristen Butler (2006), Chelsey Sakkizie (1998)—and the third under coach Tim Walton.
