Florida junior men’s tennis player Alexandre Lacroix of France has earned an at-large bid into the ITA National Collegiate Indoor Championships singles draw.

The 32-man tournament, considered the second leg of the collegiate Grand Slam, will take place Nov. 5-8 in New Haven, Conn.

Lacroix, ranked No. 23 in the nation, earned the spot by advancing to the semifinals of the Southeast Regional Championships last weekend. This fall, Lacroix boasts a 10-2 record in singles play.

In addition to his singles appearance, Lacroix will team up with redshirt senior Antoine Benneteau of France to compete in the doubles draw at the National Indoor Championships. The pair qualified by taking the Southeast Regional Championships, sweeping through with a 5-0 record to run their season mark to 8-0.
