Florida Gators upset North Carolina

The 2012 Florida Gators soccer team was not expected to make very many waves on the national scene, but no one took the time to tell the girls that.

After playing North Carolina to a tie, Florida had the legs and the motivation to go into extra time once again, only this time they would not settle for an even score.

In one of the biggest upsets in this early season, the Florida Gators beat the No. 2-ranked Duke Blue Devils in overtime for the team's first win of the season.
