Jennifer George got things started, finishing a nice entry pass from Azania Stewart with an easy layup. A Jaterra Bonds three-pointer was sandwiched between two Jordan Jones threes and the rout was on.

Scoring the first 11 points of the game, the Gators’ women’s basketball team cruised to an easy 79-45 victory against Mississippi State on Thursday night.

The early threes from Jones were two of her six on the game. She finished with 18 points — all three-pointers.
