Gators softball comes up short

Softball, more than any other sport, is a game of split-second decisions.

It is a game of inches, where one false move can be the difference in making the play or falling just short.

On Sunday, the Gators fell just short, dropping a 1-0 elimination game to South Florida in the NCAA Regional in Gainesville, Fla.
