Enea’s grand slam lifts UF by Tech

Whatever pressure the Florida Gators might have been feeling entering game one of the Gainesville Regional of the NCAA Softball Tournament disappeared with the ball that Francesca Enea launched over the left field fence for a first inning grand slam Friday night. Staked to a 4-0 lead, the Gators put Georgia Tech in a hole that the Yellow Jackets couldn’t climb out of as they took a 7-2 win at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
