Jun 21: Swampie -- Talked with head coach Lou Valdin he said Laron Byrd is working out this summer has been to two camps Miami and Alabama and might go to an LSU camp.

Valdin said Byrd is wide open as to school; he's academically qualified and is a "big time receiver he can go and play anywhere."
