Feb 20: Gator Country has confirmed that UF has extended an offer to 6-foot-6, 235-pound tight end Durham Smythe out of Belton, Tex.

During his junior season, Smythe accounted for 22 receptions for 341 yards and three touchdowns on a squad which went 8-3 in 2011. Smythe already reports an offer from Texas, along with scholarship opportunities from Baylor, TCU and Texas Tech. -- Justin Wells
