ShareTime to reload: Gators changing backfield personnel
When Will Muschamp took over at Florida he was faced with a big obstacle in converting the Gators from a spread to a pro-style offense.
The only problem was the personnel needed to make the switch in schemes simply was not on the roster, especially in the backfield.
Muschamp and Co. tried to fill those holes last year, but came up short as they only signed one running back and one quarterback.
Gator Country recruiting analyst Andrew Spivey breaks down each of the quarterbacks and running backs the Gators are targeting in this year's class. He lists all 14 of the backfield prospects reporting scholarship offers from UF, and gives his take on Florida's chances on landing each one.
