APOPKA --- Rick Darlington has always loved a challenge. The Apopka High School head football coach led his program to the Class 6A state championship in 2001 and will now lead the Blue Darters into perhaps their greatest challenge yet, a game on the road against South Panola, Mississippi (Friday, 8 p.m., ESPNU), winners of 78 games in a row and 93 of their last 94.
