Earl Okine became the first commitment of the recruiting class of 2008 for Coach Urban Meyer and the Florida Gators. Okine is a 6-7, 240-pound defensive end from Gainesville High School. Thursday night, Gator Country was invited into the Okine family's lovely home in Northwest Gainesville where we had a chance to go on the record with this well-spoken, charismatic young man that figures to have a great career at the University of Florida.
