Florida had more than 80 prospects in attendance at the 2012 Orange & Blue Debut, and as expected the Gators picked up a commitment.

Lithonia, Ga., offensive lineman Josh Outlaw committed to Florida to give the Gators their 12th commitment in the 2013 class, GatorCountry.com confirmed via text message.

“Florida has great coaches,” Outlaw said. “They have always been honest and up front about everything with me. I really like all of the coaches.”

The Florida coaching staff is one of the main reason Outlaw committed to the Gators

The 6-foot-4, 290-pound lineman gives Florida its second offensive lineman commitment joining American Heritage star Rod Johnson.

The Martin Luther King prospect will have the opportunity to play with one of former high school teammates.

“Me and Mack Brown played together in high school,” Outlaw said. “He’s my boy and he has been telling me to get down there and block for him.”
