Martial arts workouts suit Martinez fine
John Martinez and the Cottonwood High School football team are taking a much different approach to their offseason conditioning program. Their head coach, preaching athleticism and body control, decided this year the team would do a martial arts regimen and 10 weeks into the program, Martinez says that he and his teammates are noticing a difference.
