Madison County RB can do it all

Madison County went 13-1 and ran roughshod through the state playoffs before pounding Tampa Catholic 28-7 in the Class 2A State Championship Game. The Cowboys had a workhouse in the backfield in junior running back Chris Thompson, who was sensational despite a brutal regular season schedule that saw them defeat two state semi-finals contenders (Nease and Bartram Trail) and a regional finalist Tallahassee Godby.
