LAKE CITY--- Craig Howard has been down this road before. The veteran Columbia County coach knows what it's like to have a player whose impact on the game is immeasurable. When he was coaching at Nease, his dominator was Tebow. Now that he's moved to Lake City, the name to remember is Jernigan.
