For Michael Carter, making the playoffs is expected. During his first three years at Ely High School in Pompano Beach, Carter and his team made the playoffs every year. But this year, the Mighty Tigers weren’t so mighty, missing the playoffs, a disappointment for Carter as he ends his high school career.
