The spring has given top-rated safety Marcell Harris – who checks in at No. 67 overall in the Gator Country Composite Rankings – a chance to show why he's considered one of the best prospects in the country for the Class of 2013. After moving over to Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando from South Lake in Groveland, Harris has made a strong impression at a few high-profile events since January.
