Gators no longer in Loston’s top five

There was a time when Craig Loston looked like a sure bet to be part of Florida’s recruiting class of 2009. Just two months ago, the 6-2.5, 205-pound safety from Aldine (TX) Eisenhower was telling reporters that Florida had the best chance to sign him. That was before the Gators signed Will Hill and Dee Finley in the 2008 recruiting class. Now that Hill and Finley are Gators, it appears the chances of landing Loston are slipping away.
