For now, Rotell Jenkins has a top five. The talented wide receiver from Richmond (VA) Huguenot plans to spend the rest of the summer pondering his choices before he makes a mid-season cut. For now, the Florida Gators are under consideration along with Penn State, Virginia Tech, Michigan and Tennessee.
