One of the top running backs in the state of Florida for 2009 is Tampa Gaither’s Jarvis Giles, a 6-0, 180-pounder who claims a 4.35 time in the 40. He’s got offers from Tennessee, Florida, UCF, and USF but he’s already leaning toward one school.
