DE Stacy Thomas gets ‘dream’ offer

Miami defensive end Stacy Thomas finally received the call he has been hoping for since his childhood.

“I have always dreamed about getting an offer from Florida,” Thomas said. “On Monday, I talked to (assistant) coach (Travaris) Robinson and then he gave the phone to Coach (Will) Muschamp and he told me they were offering me a full-scholarship to Florida.

“It feels so great to have an offer from Florida. Florida is my dream school as I grew up a fan of Florida.”
