Rod Davis knew what to expect on his trip to Gainesville. He already visited for the Tennessee game this fall, so he knew of the passion surrounding Gator football. The energetic student body and the diehard Gator fans were absent this weekend, and the Houston (TX) prospect came to figure out what things were like when one of the SEC’s biggest rivalries wasn’t taking place. What the 6-3, 295-pound defensive tackle found exceeded his expectations.
