In Folkston, Georgia, you know where nearly everyone is going to be on Friday nights in the fall. When Charlton County High School takes the field, nearly everyone in town and in the whole county shows up. The player that will be making the home folks cheer the loudest this fall will be Ralph Bolden, who electrifies folks whether he's playing offense or defense.
