ShareAdam Lane scores 5 TDs in scrimmage
Florida Gators verbal commitment Adam Lane got his first taste of live action Thursday night as the Winter Haven Blue Devils participated in their spring jamboree.
Lane suffered a broken fibula last August that kept him off the field for his entire junior season. However, Lane’s performance in the spring game would suggest he hasn’t lost a step after fully recovering.
The 5-foot-8, 215-pound junior running back had five touchdowns and 214 yards on 15 carries. The Blue Devils played one half against Tenoroc High School and another half against Frostproof High School.
