Lynn Anderson turned the lyrics “I beg your pardon, I never promised you a rose garden” into a number one hit back in the 1970s. Florida running backs coach Kenny Carter isn’t promising a rose garden in 2008 but he has enough blossoming talent that that he could have a number one hit on his hand in 2008.
