There is that old adage that you never know what you’ve got until it’s gone and never will that be more evident than Wednesday when the Florida Gators take the field to begin spring football practice. Fans will be quick to notice that Percy Harvin is no longer wearing his familiar number one jersey and making someone look silly. Coaches will miss Percy, but they will also miss number 43 every time they work on special teams and by the end of the spring who knows who they will miss more?
