A first-year starter, the progression of Jeff Driskel has been impressive. Last season, in limited opportunities, he appeared overwhelmed.

Following an underwhelming season opener against Bowling Green, a performance the coaching staff has chalked up to as part of the overall plan, Driskel has developed rapidly.
