Will Muschamp is currently learning on the job. Thus far, in just his second season as the head coach of the Florida Gators, Coach Boom has managed to change the culture of a program that had lost accountability and had fallen out of the level of the elite college football programs nationally.
On Saturday night, Muschamp took one more step in bringing the University of Florida back to prominence by beating his first ranked team and knocking off Tennessee for the eighth straight time, all in the same night.

He and his staff have become great managers of talent. That appears to be a key to a successful program.
