Two plays from the Tennessee game stand out in Florida offensive coordinator Brent Pease’s mind in regards to Gators quarterback Jeff Driskel’s development.
They are significant because both show Driskel making decisions he may not have made a year, and even a week, earlier.
One was a completion.
One was an incompletion.
The first one was a no-brainer to figure out and fairly simple to break down in the film room. It was a 23-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Reed, one of the best passes of the sophomore’s young career.
