UF Senior Salute: James Wilson

When James Wilson first stepped foot on Florida’s campus in 2007, he was the five-star centerpiece of a recruiting class featuring a litany of future NFL players.

Four knee surgeries and two broken feet later, Wilson is finally living out his final season of a college career that began six years ago.

While the other two offensive linemen in his class — twin brothers Mike and Maurkice Pouncey — have long since move on to the NFL ranks, Wilson’s path has been stalled at nearly every turn by injuries.
