JACKSONVILLE — Think the Florida-Georgia rivalry doesn’t mean much to players?

Think again.

Tempers flared as players poured onto the field for Saturday’s showdown between the Gators and Bulldogs, which Georgia won 17-9 in front of 84,644 here at EverBank Field on Saturday.

Before kickoff, it looked more like a throw down than a showdown.
