ShareUF football notes: freshman rising
When Gators defensive coordinator Dan Quinn met with the media Wednesday, a central topic was the performance of the unit’s freshman.
On a defense that returns 10 of 11 starters from a year ago, it is actually the team’s newcomers that have gotten a significant amount of coverage — and interest from fans — this offseason.
The two biggest freshman names fans throw around are Dante Fowler and Jon Bullard.
