FORT LAUDERDALE --- At Gulfstream Park in nearby Hallandale ponies that haven’t run since the summer are chomping at the bit. As badly as these thoroughbreds want to bolt out of the gate and race, they’ve got nothing on Percy Harvin, who hasn’t played in a football game since Thanksgiving weekend.
