Jacksonville -- More than 125 Gator Country subscribers and friends were at Sneakers Sports Grille at Pointmeadows at the intersection of 9A and Baymeadows Blvd. on Wednesday for a night of Gator news, recruiting updates and stories.

Gator Country Insiders Buddy Martin, Brenden Martin, Franz Beard, Hollywood Bob Redman and Mark McLeod addressed the audience and answered questions about the upcoming football, basketball, baseball and recruiting seasons.

Everyone appreciated seeing Terry Norvelle, Malcolm Jowers, Fred Weary and Jeff Chandler, who were all in attendance. Thanks to the staff at Sneakers for hosting such a great event!

The next Caravan stop will be Friday at 5pm in Gainesville before Friday Night Lights.
