SharePenalties, turnovers kill Gators again
COLUMBIA, S.C. — There was only one word to describe senior running back Chris Rainey’s mood after Florida’s 17-12 loss to South Carolina on Saturday.
Angry.
“Just like I said all year, in the SEC you’ve got to score in the red zone, you can’t turn the ball over and certain penalties kill you, especially in the red zone,” the normally upbeat senior said.
