New coach, new direction at Palatka

It might be going a bit far to say Palatka’s proud football program has fallen on hard times. The once-storied high school team in Putnam County has gone 19-22 with two playoff appearances over the past four years. Some schools would be happy with such a showing, but by Palatka standards, that simply isn't making the grade.
