ShareMeyer suspends Dunlap for SEC Game
Florida's talented junior defensive end Carlos Dunlap will not play in the SEC Championship game.
Head football coach Urban Meyer announced Tuesday following practice that Dunlap is suspended for Saturday’s SEC Championship Game between the No. 1 Gators and No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide in Atlanta’s Georgia Dome and said his status for Florida’s BCS bowl game also was up in the air following his arrest early Tuesday morning for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

Losing Dunlap vs. BAMA is a huge issue. But, to lose him vs. possibly UT would be HUGE. If we are able to beat BAMA and play Texas a constant and consistent pash rush in necessary.
P.S. Dunlap has made this a huge distraction considering the situation. GO GATORS
