Urban Meyer says he has full confidence in backup quarterback John Brantley, who could get the start Saturday against LSU /Gator Country Photo by Tim Casey.
At his Monday press conference, Urban Meyer still couldn’t say whether or not Tim Tebow will be able to play Saturday when the number one-ranked Florida Gators travel to Baton Rouge to face fourth-ranked LSU (8 p.m., Tiger Stadium, CBS) but even if Tebow can’t go, Meyer said he has full confidence in backup quarterback John Brantley.
