California cool Duke Lemmens knows a little bit about natural disasters. He’s from Westlake Village, which is right off the Ventura Freeway and north of Malibu. He knows all about trembling earth and swaying buildings and how the fires jump the road and spread so quickly when the Santa Ana winds blow. That's something you learn living in Southern California, just 16 miles from the Pacific Ocean. What he doesn’t know is a hurricane.
