ShareBrantley expects to play vs. Carolina
Just when the Florida offense seemed to be getting into a rhythm with starting quarterback John Brantley back and the offense tweaked to account for his injured ankle, the senior took another shot from a defender.
On the sidelines, Brantley threw a couple passes with Florida trying to hold off Vanderbilt’s comeback attempt.
But his arm was numb.
“Just right there on the side of the arm,” he said. “It just didn’t feel right, and the trainers just thought that it would be best just to hold me.”
