NEW ORLEANS — The Gators ended their season on a sour note in Wednesday's Sugar Bowl with a 33-23 loss to Louisville in New Orleans.

The loss was No. 3 Florida's second of the season and first bowl game defeat since 2008.

Tempers flared and flags flew early on as the Gators fell behind on the first play from scrimmage. Gator Country photographer Saj Guevara was there to capture it all in this Instant Photo Gallery from the game.
