ShareACK: A good omen?
Tim Tebow did not win his second Heisman Trophy but that may not be such a bad thing. Tebow is the most outstanding player in college football as evident by his win in the first place ballots and the Maxwell Award but he did not have the most outstanding season start to finish. Sam Bradford is a deserving award winner and his offense was a big reason why. Many voters couldn’t overlook the sheer numbers Oklahoma produced. It was a close vote and Tebow obviously won over many first place votes with his performance against Alabama. For those who turned in their ballot the week prior to the conference championship games, shame on you! There were still viable Heisman candidates playing.
