Head-to-Head: The battle at cornerback

Today’s Head-to-Head takes a look at the battle for starting cornerback jobs. Florida’s corners played soft last year, just what you would expect of inexperienced players who didn’t have the luxury of a defensive line that could get constant pressure. There is a lot more talent on the defensive line this year so the pressure should be there. That puts the pressure squarely on the corners to get to the job done. They will be expected to play much tighter, aggressive coverage. He is a look at the battles that have begun to shape up.
