Has Florida’s offensive line really improved?

If Florida’s offensive line plays like it did against Louisiana-Lafayette, it will get beat by Florida State.

If Florida’s offensive line plays like it did against Louisiana State, it will beat Florida State.

If that happens, many believe the Florida Gators will earn a trip to Louisiana to play in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.

The No. 4 Gators (10-1) and No. 10 Seminoles (9-2) reignite their rivalry at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, Fla. It’s the first time since 2000 that both teams are in the top 10.

While Florida’s defense should be able to contain quarterback EJ Manuel and the FSU offense again (95 yards last season), the difference will be if the Gators’ offense can move the ball and score points against the Seminoles’ stingy defense.
